Outdoor Ashtanga Yoga & Pilates
Description
Participants are invited to take part in a series of outdoor morning wellness sessions at Bassam Freiha Art Foundation, led by instructors from The Method Studio. The sessions bring together two traditional practices, Ashtanga Yoga and Classical Pilates, each taught through disciplined and structured methods that support strength, balance, and mindful movement. Ashtanga Yoga follows a consistent sequence of postures linking breath with movement in a steady flow, supporting flexibility and mental clarity, while Classical Pilates is taught in its original form, following a precise order and sequence designed to build inner strength, alignment, and balance.

Open to all levels, participants may choose to attend Ashtanga Yoga, Classical Pilates, or both sessions. Each class requires a separate RSVP, as spaces are limited.
