Lorenzo Quinn (b. 1966, Rome) is an internationally renowned Italian-American sculptor and son of actor Anthony Quinn. Trained at the American Academy of Fine Arts in New York, he chose sculpture for its power to communicate universal values with clarity and immediacy. Over the past two decades, his monumental public artworks have been exhibited worldwide, captivating audiences with messages of love, unity, and hope.
Among his most iconic works are Support (2017, Venice), hands rising from the Grand Canal to symbolize climate fragility; Building Bridges (2019, Venice), six pairs of hands embodying friendship, wisdom, help, faith, hope, and love; and Give (2020, Florence), celebrating generosity. He has also created Together (2021, Pyramids of Giza), The Greatest Goal (2022, FIFA World Cup, Qatar), and Baby 3.0 (2022, Venice), a symbol of humanity’s rebirth. Recent works include Paint Your Life (2024, Caorle) and Anime di Venezia (2024), honoring Marco Polo’s 700th anniversary at the Venice Biennale.
