Stéphanie Oueda-Cruz is the Global Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) at Tiffany & Co., where she leads the brand’s global DEIB strategy. She previously held senior diversity leadership roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, Coca-Cola European Partners, and L’Oréal, bringing extensive international experience in advancing inclusivity across industries. Recognized among the Top 40 Diversity Professionals in the World by The Timesand recipient of multiple awards for her leadership, she is also a former lecturer at Sorbonne University. A French-Mexican dual citizen fluent in five languages, she holds a master’s degree in economics and political science from Sorbonne University.
Dr. Michaela Watrelot is a curator, educator, and author with a PhD in History of Art from Charles University in Prague. At Bassam Freiha Art Foundation, she leads exhibition planning, education, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans 19th- and 20th-century art, public art commissions, and art market studies, and she is the author of Wilhelm von Bode and the American Art Market: The Rudolphe Kann Collection (Routledge, 2023)
