Ramadan Home Decor Workshop
Description
In this guided session, participants will design and create a handcrafted embroidered wall hanging featuring the moon and decorative lantern motifs. Inspired by traditional Ramadan décor, this workshop explores basic embroidery stitches and techniques while transforming fabric into a warm and meaningful seasonal decoration.
Throughout the session, participants will learn essential stitches such as outline stitch, satin stitch, and back stitch, practice transferring designs onto fabric, work with colorful threads, and assemble their piece onto a wooden rod with a rope hanger and decorative tassel.
By the end of the workshop, each participant will take home a finished wall hanging — a unique handmade piece perfect for celebrating the season.
