Participants will explore the world of coffee in a guided tasting experience that brings together different coffee varieties and a curated selection of cheeses to discover how their flavours complement one another. Through hands-on tasting and discussion, participants will sample each pairing to understand how aroma, texture, and intensity interact across coffee and cheese. Taking place during the Winter Fair, the session offers a relaxed yet engaging environment where participants learn about coffee, its characteristics, and flavour profiles, while enjoying an interactive sensory experience centred on discovery and shared tasting.
